Our STORY
I started out as a girl who was underestimated in everything I did, raised in a world where women were expected to meet an absurd standard of perfection. It didn’t matter how capable, intelligent or driven you were, you were still reduced to how you looked.

As I moved into the beauty and fashion industry, first through makeup, then photography, I saw both sides. Real women, real skin, real insecurities. I realized the root problem is the imagery we’re surrounded by, which still reflects a narrow, patriarchal version of beauty. Why? Because we still don’t have enough women working behind the scenes to share their true perspective.

We started Little Yellow Studios because we wanted something different to exist.
To create beauty campaigns through the female gaze, capturing subjects with honesty, depth, and intention over perfectionism.

Because when the people behind the lens understand the people in front of it, the work stops being an advert and starts being something real.
